Yes, you can. You can purchase and use a prepaid debit card to make a payment. You can also create and add money to your PayPal account with MoneyPak. If you have a PayPal account, you can use it to make payment instantly or pay by eCheck using your bank routing and account numbers; However, e-checks can take up to 3 days to clear and our system will not allow access to our secure members area until PayPal confirms the funds have been released.
Can I Pay By Check Or Money Order?
